The Smoothing Iron offers a unique same day service without extra cost to the majority of our customers. Our ironing service covers most of Stafford,Stone,Eccleshall and surrounding areas within 10 miles of Stone.

We offer this same day service in Weston, Hixon, Sandon, Great Haywood, Little Haywood, Beaconside, Tillington, Great Bridgeford and Aston By Stone ON MONDAYS

ON TUESDAY our same day service covers Parkside,Baswich, Weeping Cross, Wildwood, Brocton, Queensville and Littleworth.

Our Wednesday morning route covers Stafford town centre, Rowley Park, Rising Brook, Burton Manor, Acton Trussell, Dunston, Levedale, Coppenhall, Derrington, Western Downs and Castletown. This route has a 24 hour service and is returned the following morning.

On Wednesday evening our 24 hour service route covers Stone, Oulton, Moddershall, Yarnfield, Eccleshall, Swynnerton, Cotes Heath, Walton and Cherryfields.

We return to a same day service ON FRIDAY when we cover, Stone, Darlaston, Barlaston, Trentham, Trent Vale and Tittensor.

For customers who cannot take advantage of our same day collection and delivery service. We have 4 agencies which enable clients to drop their own ironing to a safe location for our vehicle to collect

We have been providing an ironing service for 20 years starting our 21 year, I have 12 staff and we iron between 9,000 and 11,000 garments per month. Since I have been keeping records (1992) we have ironed 1,812,479 garments!

Same Day Service :
Some companies charge for same day and limit the number of garments allowed, We provide a same day service 3 days a week – no minimum – no extra charge
Interesting Fact :
We act as agents for the specialist Dry Cleaners; Mayfair of Stone. We can collect and return your Dry Cleaning at NO EXTRA COST, we do all the travelling for you! Normal return of completed cleaning is 1 week
Interesting Fact :
We can arrange for basic alterations to garments Shortening trouser hems, shortening skirts and dresses, Replacement of Zips in trousers, jeans etc Normal completion time 1 week
